Legadoboots is the place where you’ll find authentic leather goods, created by artisans with attention to detail. All of our products coming from our partners originate in the Mexican city of León, which has a longstanding history with the craft as far back to its founding in 1576. Early vaqueros brought with them farming and cattle. The cattle prospered over hundreds of years birthing a vibrant leather industry. Today, the region is home to generations-old tanneries that supply premium leathers to local shoemakers. It’s in this land where our journey finds its reason. A trip where we immersed in the realms of a shoemaker – the patience, the ability, the transition from an idea to reality. The masterpieces conceived in León should not be limited to only small shops, like a hidden treasure. They’re made for everyone to see them, try them, and with such finesse and endurance, adore them.
